TPM for TRANSFORM in Łomża, Poland - XENIOS POLIS

The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the project “Transform-Transformative Education for Social Inclusion and Integration”, was hosted by IDEA- Education Agency for Development
and Innovation- in person in Łomża, Poland on November 6-7, 2024.

Representatives from all six partner organizations—XENIOS POLIS, TUCEP, Meath Partnership, IP Santarém, Con Valores, and IDEA—came together to evaluate current milestones and establish a timeline for upcoming activities.

The TPM primarily focused on the third Work Package, “Methodological Guide for Transformative Education in Europe.” During the meeting, partners discussed guidelines, set deadlines, and reviewed the progress of previous Work Packages.
