
The PEER4U project stems from the pressing need to promote inclusive and equitable education in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the European Education Area 2020–2025. Despite policy progress, gaps in educational outcomes between learners with and without disabilities remain significant across Europe.
PEER4U’s main goal is to empower secondary education teachers and students with methodologies, tools, and peer-to-peer mentoring approaches that foster equality, integration, and active participation of students with disabilities in all classroom activities. The project directly addresses teachers, school leaders, students, and their families, while also benefiting education professionals working with children with disabilities.

Encouraging collaboration and exchange of expertise among partners, PEER4U includes 4 organizations (ERGASTHRIO EIDIKIS EPAGGELMATIKHS EKPAIDEUSIS PERISTERI – E.E.E.EK PERISTERI, XENIOS POLIS, SYNCHRONI PAIDEIA, and ARSINOE) from 2 countries ([Greece], [Cyprus]).
