Τhe GREEN ACT 4U project emerged from the urgent challenges posed by climate change and the pressing need to improve youth employability across Europe. Climate-related disasters have already caused enormous human and financial losses, while young people — especially those categorized as NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) — continue to face significant barriers to entering the labor market.
GREEN ACT 4U’s main goal is to empower young NEETs with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to create environmentally sustainable businesses and become active contributors to the green transition.
More specifically, the project’s objectives are:
Expected outcomes include increased motivation among NEETs, the development of innovative training programs, digital tools to support learning, a collection of best practices and inspirational success stories, and the establishment of networks and policy frameworks to ensure long-term impact.
GREEN ACT 4U includes 3 partners, XENIOS POLIS, SEA Tuscia and ARSINOE from 3 countries, Greece, Italy and Cyprus accordingly.
