WorkAbility project highlights the importance of developing soft skills for people with disabilities. Soft skills are considered essential for their professional success, aiming to improve their general skills and enhance their employability.
The project includes 7 partners (AFEJI- ASSOC- EASI- XENIOS POLIS- Hands in Hand- APROXIMAR) from 5 countries (France, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Romania)
The main objectives of the project are:
to cultivate soft skills that are necessary for today’s labour market
to improve the “Job Profile Tool specifications” to allow self-assessment and self-awareness of PCWA’s current levels of proficiency in key soft skills
to generate a portfolio for professional training on how to develop PCWA’s soft skills and empower them to retain the job place
to create a guide to support practitioners and families on how to apply the “Job Finding Tool”
