IGNITED POWER | Rainbow Awareness at Panteion University - XENIOS POLIS

On 20 October 2026, a Rainbow Awareness session took place at Panteion University within the framework of the Erasmus+ project IGNITED-POWER – Inclusive Gender and Sexual Orientation Navigation for Transformation and Empowerment.

The session explored key concepts related to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC), as well as LGBTQIA+ identities, inclusion, equality and discrimination. Students were also introduced to the project’s five thematic training modules and the educational resources available through the IGNITED-POWER platform.

Through learning, reflection and open dialogue, the session encouraged participants to deepen their understanding of diversity and consider how they can contribute to creating more inclusive environments.
