XENIOS POLIS successfully implemented the piloting sessions for the CforC project’s escape game and educational modules on May 29, 2025.
The events were conducted in a hybrid format, with 30 participants in total — approximately 13 joined online and 17 participated in person.

During the sessions, participants were introduced to the main objectives and vision of the CforC (Care for Care) project, which seeks to address challenges in the healthy ageing sector and promote careers in elderly care through innovative tools.

Participants:

• Explored the educational escape game, providing valuable feedback on its design, functionality, and relevance.
• Tested the training modules, gaining insight into the professional realities of the senior care sector.
• We were invited to navigate additional project outputs, such as the career guidance toolkit and best practices brochure.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive:

• The escape game was perceived as an engaging and fresh approach to raising awareness about the field.
• The training materials were seen as clear, informative, and motivating for potential newcomers to the profession.

These piloting sessions contributed significantly to refining the project’s tools and ensuring that they align with the needs and expectations of young learners, educators, and vocational training providers.

Through this initiative, XENIOS POLIS reaffirms its commitment to promoting innovation in education, social inclusion, and sustainable development in the field of care.
