Xenios Polis successfully hosts the Multiplier Event for the CforC project – “Care for Care”
On May 31, 2025, Xenios Polis successfully organized a Multiplier Event as part of the CforC (Care for Care) project, focused on raising awareness and promoting careers in the field of healthy ageing and elderly care.
The event was held in a hybrid format, with a total of 30 participants. Participants included educators, trainers, students, and professionals from the care sector.
During the event, attendees were introduced to:
· The main objectives and key outcomes of the CforC project
· The educational escape game, which presents challenges and scenarios from the elderly care sector in a gamified format
· The training modules and career guidance tools designed to inform and inspire young people to pursue careers in care
· The best practices brochure for vocational education and career planning
The aim of the event was to present the project’s innovative tools and gather feedback from stakeholders. Participants emphasized the relevance of the escape game and the clarity and usefulness of the educational content.
CforC responds to urgent challenges in the field of healthy ageing, including recruitment difficulties, stigma around care professions, and lack of training opportunities. Through gamification and practical resources, the project promotes a more attractive and supportive pathway into elderly care careers.
The CforC consortium includes 6 partner organizations from France, Norway, Belgium, Croatia, and Greece, working collaboratively to strengthen vocational training and improve the public image of the care sector.
