YouthLens is officially underway!
The Kick-Off Meeting of YouthLens took place on 2–3 June 2026 in Athens, Greece, hosted by XENIOS POLIS, marking the official launch of the project.
The meeting brought together 10 participants representing 6 partner organisations: XENIOS POLIS, ARSINOE, Center for Education and Development, Young Professionals Network, COSV, and Youth Initiative for Human Rights, from Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Montenegro, and Kosovo. The consortium was also honoured by the online participation of the Project Officer.
Partners were introduced to the project’s main activities, objectives, and expected outcomes, while engaging in detailed discussions on the development of the research package and training programme. They also agreed on the project’s strategic management framework, implementation timeline, and key milestones.
YouthLens is a 36-month-long initiative, co-funded by the European Union, that aims to empower young people in the Western Balkans (Albania, Kosovo, and Montenegro) by strengthening media literacy, digital skills, and civic engagement.
