XENIOS POLIS & University of West Attica | Seminar on Diversity, Inclusion and Work in the Age of Digital Transformation | RAAEY, Athens, Greece | 02 June 2026

On 2 June 2026, XENIOS POLIS and the Department of Public Health Policy at the University of West Attica co-organized a seminar at the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water (RAAEY) in Athens, entitled “Diversity, Inclusion, and Work in the Age of Digital Transformation.”

During the seminar, contemporary issues of diversity in the workplace were explored, while inclusion policies and initiatives were also discussed. The themes addressed provided the basis for a meaningful dialogue on the changes taking place in the modern working environment and the ways in which these are connected to diversity and inclusion.

The meeting highlighted the value of exchanging experiences and perspectives among participants, offering an opportunity to consider different approaches and reflections on the issues raised.

The active participation of those attending contributed significantly to the quality of the discussion and to the constructive character of the meeting.
