The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of GREENO2 was held on April 9th, 2026, at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, Italy, bringing together all project partners to ensure final alignment ahead of the project’s completion.

The meeting focused on reviewing project progress and defining strategic actions for the final implementation phase (April–August 2026), with particular emphasis on achieving project KPIs and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Throughout the meeting:

🔸 Strategy and Management

• Project objectives and priorities were revisited in alignment with Erasmus+ requirements
• Budget allocation and partner responsibilities per Work Package were presented
• Roles and progress across activities were clarified

🔸 Results and Deliverables

• Key outputs per Work Package (WP1–WP4) were presented
• Digital tools, including the GREENO2 platform, MOOC, and AI-PANC, were demonstrated
• Training materials and dissemination achievements were highlighted

🔸 Evaluation and KPIs

• Quality and efficiency indicators were reviewed
• Targets related to participation, engagement, and outreach were discussed
• Responsibilities for KPI monitoring were assigned
• Reporting procedures and deadlines were agreed upon

🔸 Sustainability and Future Exploitation

• Maintenance and further use of digital tools were discussed
• Post-project dissemination strategies were explored
• Opportunities for collaboration with future initiatives were identified

🔸 Inclusion and Accessibility

• Outcomes of inclusion-related actions (Tasks T6, T7) were presented
• Best practices and recommendations were collected

🔸 Lessons Learned

• Strengths and challenges of the project were analyzed
• Remaining gaps in relation to MKPIs were identified
• Corrective actions were agreed to ensure full achievement of targets by August 2026

The meeting concluded with a clear definition of next steps, confirmation of partners’ commitments, and a shared vision for sustaining and expanding the project’s impact.
