
ACCESS4All is a program dedicated to people with disabilities, which consist one of the most marginalized groups in Western society. The project includes 8 partners (FIRR, XENIOS POLIS, Tandem Plus, BildungsLAB, Center for Social Innovation, CulturePolis, SANSAT, FYG) from 7 countries (Austria, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Spain).
According to international studies disability and inequality in personal or socioeconomic level are correlated issues provoking a great number of circumstances in society. Eradication of the marginalization of individuals and social groups in local, national and ultimately EU level is the key factor of the program ACCESS4ALL.
Specifically, the program is directed to:

members of local councils
administrative staff
municipal officials
NGO representatives
The political institutions, after reconsidering their political strategy, are responsible for providing sustainable solutions in order to ensure the accessibility of disabled people in education, culture, sport’s exercising, medical assistance improving gradually their life quality.
The main objectives of the ACCESS4All are:
to raise awareness of local communities about disability’s affairs and to emphasize in improving the quality of disabled peoples’ lives
to ensure that the local community will contribute to the implementation of the needed infrastructure projects in their area
to promote participation and social integration of disabled people in the community
